Radu the confused scammer

The fake web site is:
http://usps-delivery.eu.pn/
Hosted by:
http://www.hosting.eu.pn/

The scammer is using the name and email address:
Stefan Wilbert stefan.vanwilbert@gmail.com
to list iPhones for around 200 euros on http://www.marktplaats.nl/

Here is what the scammer is telling his intended victims:
Hello ,
Transaction started !!!
Please check your e-mail and follow the instructions from UPS to complete the transaction safely . Please confirm the payment today to UPS .
Thanks

The fake UPS email address is:
payment@ups-customs.com
ups-customs.com   http://whois.domaintools.com/ups-customs.com

Here is the link he is sending his intended victims pretending its UPS:
http://usps-delivery.eu.pn/tracking.php?https://www.ups.com/one-to-one/login?returnto=https%3a//wwwapps.ups.com/qvn/track_input%3floc%3den_US%26WT.svl%3dPNRO_L1&reasonCode=-1&appid=QVN

ups-customs.com is asking victims to wire transfer money to this bank account:

UPS Agent Payment Details :
UPS Section
Payment Department
Transaction #
1265-1124-ING-8458-1197
Bank Name
ING Bank
BIC/SWIFT
INGBROBU
IBAN
RO43INGB0000999902619525
Account Number
999902619525

USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service)are not the fake GPS as it says on the site........hence the confusion on the part of "Radu" the scammer.

If you look at the information in the above whois link for ups-customs.com you will see that the fake site is registered to an identity in the UK but the contact email address is:
radu.mesenger@yahoo.com
http://pulse.yahoo.com/radu.mesenger

If you do a Google search on that email you get a person listed at the Universitatea Spiru Haret in Romania using radu.mesenger:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:hnGQaCGCyLAJ:www.spiruharet.myforum.ro/memberlist.php%3Fmode%3Djoined%26order%3DASC%26start%3D10400+%22radu.mesenger%22&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&source=www.google.com

You also get a person who used that email address to post a response on a blog:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:aQWj12W4Gw4J:capramea.blogspot.com/2009/05/jurnal-de-bord-cursa-infernala-zu.html+%22radu.mesenger%22&cd=3&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&source=www.google.com

Here are some images of the fake USPS/UPS site.
Please remember that USPS and UPS are not escrow sites and do not have escrow services.
If you want a real escrow site go to http://www.escrow.com/ :
There is no such thing in real life as a shipping and escrow comapny.........

Oh! what a tangled web we weave When first we practise to deceive! Sir Walter Scott NEVER use instant payment services like Western Union or MoneyGram to buy items on the internet
