The scammers are asking intended victims to wire transfer money to a bank account in the UK.

Please notice the ad was flagged by me on 8-19-11.
The flagging apparently doesn't work too well.
I guess Craigslist needs more complaints before responding, so please flag any ads associated with e-ztransactions.com
