The site was created by scammers based in Romania.

....is one of the people that runs the web hosting company.

Remember, the internet is not like real life, in real life I seriously doubt the owner of a real company would put their name on a scam, unless of course your name is Madoff.........
Who is held accountable for sites registered like this one?
I wonder what a judge would have to say about this type of situation?
For what its worth and for the protection of consumers using the internet, there should be no privacy protection for web sites that do monetary transactions.
