Hello,

Thank you for your reply. As I said, the total price which you'll have to pay for one month of rent (warm miete) will be €600, no additional costs.
I would like to receive the monthly rent directly to my british bank account.
In order to view the flat and settle a deal, you will need the keys, and the contract .
Obviously we need a safe and fast way to complete this deal.
A friend of mine has had a similar situation which he solved using the services of Urgent Logistics (www.urgent-logistics.uk.cm) which is a very good british delivery company.
They will handle the delivery of the keys and also the payments .
If you are ready to rent this flat, I must explain you how this service works and what we need to do.
You will need to deposit the first month of rent (€600) plus the security deposit (kaution) of €600 to Urgent Logistics, so they can proceed with the delivery of the keys and the contract.
This is a guarantee that nothing happens to the goods inside the apartment, during your inspection (of course you get the money back if you are not satisfied).
I will pay for the 24 hours air delivery so you'll receive the keys and the signed contract straight away.
Here's how it works :
1 - To start this transaction, I need your full contact information (full name, full shipping address, telephone number)
2 - I will go to a local Urgent Logistics office and leave the Keys and the contract on your name as the intended receiver.
3 - Urgent Logistics will check the envelope to see if everything is OK with it and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys. After this, they will send you an email notification.
4 - At this point you'll have to make the above mentioned money deposit to Urgent Logistics, for the first month of rent and for the kaution (which you get back when you leave the apartment).
5 - After you pay the deposit you'll have to confirm it to Urgent Logistics .
6 - Urgent Logistics will verify the payment information, and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you .
7 - After you receive everything, you must go and check the apartment and in the next 2 days you must contact Urgent Logistics to tell them if you are satisfied or not.
If all is in order, you'll instruct Urgent Logistics to release the money to me.
However, if you are not pleased with the apartment for any reason, they will return your money and you'll send me the keys back by post.
I will pay for the Urgent Logistics services so there will be no extra costs for you.
If you have the €1200 ready (the rent for 1 month-€600 and the kaution-€600) and if you're ready to begin this transaction, please tell me your full name and shipping address, and I'll start the procedure.
You'll receive a notification and important instructions from Urgent Logistics (please go through them exactly).
Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and you cannot move in immediately, we can make the deal as I explained it now, and consider it only an inspection and reservation. You will move in when you are ready and the first rent will be considered for that month, not for right now.
Let me know if this is ok.
I am waiting for your quick answer because there are several others interested in the apartment, and I need to know if I can count on a deal with you.

Friendly greetings,

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. Like I said, the total price which you'll have to pay for one month of rent will be €600,
no extra charges. I would like to receive the monthly rent directly to my english bank account.
In order to check the flat and see if you like it (I'm think you will), you need to receive the keys,
the full address and the contract. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal in a safe and fast way for the both of us.
A friend of mine has had a similar situation which he solved using the SDK Logistics service.
SDK Logistics (www.SDK.uk.tp) is a delivery company, similar to FedEx, DHL or UPS. They will handle the payment and delivery of the Keys .
If you are ready to proceed with this transaction I must explain you how this service works and what we need to do.
You have to deposit to the SDK Logistics the first month of rent: €600, plus a security deposit (kaution) of €600 so they can proceed with the delivery of the keys and the contract. This is a guarantee that nothing happens to the keys, or to the goods inside the apartment during your inspection.
Like I said, I will pay for 24 hours airplane delivery so you'll receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away.
I will explain you step by step how this works :
1 - To start this transaction i need to know your full shipping information (full name, full shipping address, telephone number)
2 - I go to a SDK Logistics Office and leave the Keys and the contract on your name as the intended receiver.
3 - SDK Logistics will check the envelope to see if everything is OK with it and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys.
4 - They will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody.
5 - At this point you'll have to make a money deposit to SDK Logistics, for the amount we agreed, the total amount you shall deposit is for the first month of rent and for the security deposit (which you get back when you finish using the apartment) .
6 - After you pay the deposit you'll have to send the info about the money deposit to SDK Logistics .
7 - SDK Logistics will verify the payment information and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you .
8 - After you receive the package, You must go and check the apartment and in the next 2 days you must contact SDK Logistics to tell them if you'll use it or not. if all is in order you'll instruct SDK Logistics to release the money to me.
On the other hand, if you don`t like the apartment for some reason they will return your money and you'll send them the keys and the contract so I can recover them.
I will pay for the SDK Logistics Service and for the shipping so there will be no extra costs for you.
If you have the €1200 ready (the rent for 1 month-€600 and the kaution-€600) and if you're ready to begin this transaction, please tell me your full name and shipping address, and I'll start the official procedure, and SDK Logistics will notify you about this matter.
You'll also receive important guidelines plus instructions from them (please go through them exactly).

all done‏

Hello,

I just came back from SDK Logistics. Luckily they work on Sundays too.
I gave them the keys, the signed rental contract , and a copy after the title of ownership
they said they will email you with details for paying one month rent, and the kaution as guarantee. Then, they will deliver the package within 24 hours of your payment.
Here is the number of delivery: deleted
You can then go inside and have a look at the place. If you like it, you will then confirm SDK Logistics by email and they will release the money to me , and you can move right in. On the other hand, if you're not satisfied, they will refund you the money, and give you instructions on how to send the keys and everything back to me.
However, I am sure you will love it (more than 80.000 euro spent on decoration, furniture and appliances.)
So, If you have a chance to arrange everything today, tomorrow the keys will be there and you can go see it.
I am looking forward to your reply.

Have a nice day!

Hi guys, thanks a lot for the warning!!

LET US GET THIS damn CRIMINAL!!! Is the police informed about this? How can we report this??

In my case he used the name Phillipp Ritter (same adress like above) and he offered a flat in Munich. (Kaiser-Ludwig-PLatz 1)

Email: phillipp.ritter@hotmail.de

TOO NICE TO BE TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are his 2 emails to me:

"Hello,

Thank you for your interest. The flat is still available.
I purchased this apartment during one of my business trips to Germany . I wanted to renovate it to a luxury
state, then resell it, but due to the real estate recession, it's impossible for me to sell it right now, so
I've decided to rent it out for the next few years.
I would appreciate a tenant who would keep the house in a good condition.
I can rent you the flat for 5 years, and, if after the five years you would like to stay more, then we can extend the contract. I can also rent it for shorter periods (2 months minimum).
The rent for 1 month is 600 EUR including all utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless Internet, digital TV, 2 parking spots in garage, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine).
The kaution is also 600 EUR, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (with a 10 days notice)
The area is very nice and quiet, with easy access to supermarkets, Bus, U - Bahn and S - Bahn.
I accept up to 4 persons (including children) living inside the apartment, and I also accept pets.
You can use my furniture, or you can use your own. You have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture if you decide to use yours.
You can move in the flat, the same day you receive the keys and the contract.
I have the keys here in England so i must find a safe way of getting them to you so you can view the apartment..
I have a good solution to that, so, if this is interesting for you so far, please let me know.

Have a nice day!"

Same thing happend to me in Vienna. The name of the guy is Andrew Harvey "from Liverpool". He is doing it a little bit different....

Thank you for your reply but the matter is that I'm in Liverpool already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for 2 months of rent will be 800eur, with no extra taxes to pay. The money, I want to revive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it.
Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called DHL which is similar to FedEx or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys.
I have found a procedure that will allow you to pay for the rent of the apt only after you will receive the keys of it and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apt or not before I receive my payment. Please click on the link bellow to the DHL website to see how we can complete the deal safely and fast directly from the website of the
company where the procedure is explained: http://www.dhl.co.uk/publish/gb/en.high.html
Let me know if you are interested please because I really need to take care of this matter.
Thanks

It is a 80 square meter flat for 400 Euros including all utilities

REMEMBER::

The scammer gets new addresses each time somebody contacts him (that necessary, since you need to give your address to receive the "keys and contract").

I assume some of the aliases (like Nathan Summer, Martin Borcherding, whatever) may actually be real people having been scammed themselves.

As long as "we" support him with addresses (and money) this will go on and on.

So the more we publish, the quicker this information can be found by googling it. That doesn't help everybody, but at least those who check before sending money via Western Union. Not that I have ever had use for WU before...

This might be the case but again someone has failed to supply enough information to be of value to intended victims.
To help others you need to post the website URL, the email addresses being used by the scammer and the email address being used on the fake site.

Hallo,
Vorsicht!!!

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. After analyzing all the applications together with my wife we decided that you would be suitable to rent the apartment.
As I said, the total price which you'll have to pay for one month of rent (warm miete) will be €650, no additional costs.
I would like to receive the monthly rent directly to my British bank account.
In order to view the flat and settle a deal, you will need the keys, and the contract .
Since I have no time to come to Germany personally, I've hired a major real estate agency from Manchester, specialized in international rentals, to represent me.
They are called Home Abroad Ltd, and their website is www.Home-Abroad.uk.cm .
This agency will handle the delivery of the keys, the inspection of the flat and also the payment .
Here's how it works :
1 - To start this transaction, I need your full name, address, and telephone number. I will also need to know the rental period so I can put it in the contract.
2 - I will go to the Home Abroad office to drop off the keys and documents of the house, along with the contract
3 - Home Abroad will check the documents to make sure I am the actual owner of the flat, then, they will send you an invoice (rechnung).
4 - At this point you'll have to pay the kaution (650 EURO) as a security deposit to Home Abroad, according to the instructions from the invoice.
This will be just a guarantee so they don't send an agent all the way to Germany for a joke. The deposit will be just a formality, and it will not commit you to renting the flat.
The money will stay in the custody of Home Abroad until you have checked the flat and confirmed that everything is ok.
5 - After you pay the deposit, and send them the details, Home Abroad will send an agent to Germany in the next 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to meet you and help you inspect the flat.
You can decide which date and time will fit your schedule best for the inspection.
7 - If you will be satisfied with the flat, you will sign a copy of the contract and pay the first month of rent to the agent. (the following rents will be paid directly to my account)
However, if you are not pleased with the apartment for any reason, the Home Abroad agent will give you the money back on the spot, and I will get my keys and documents back.
I will pay for the services of the agency, so there will be no extra costs for you.
Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and you cannot move out immediately, we can make the deal as I explained it now, and consider it only an inspection and reservation.
You will move in when you are ready and pay the first rent then.
If you are ready to start the deal, please give me the details which I requested above, so I can make the arrangements.
I can send you also a copy of my passport as a sign of good faith if you want.
I am waiting for your quick response, because there are several others interested in the apartment, and I need to know if I can count on a deal with you.

Friendly greetings,

OK, here's another occurrence in Munich (via wg-gesucht.de). The message texts are very similar to the ones posted here, including some of the errors ;-) This time the guy suggests payment through Money Bookers but then asks to be fowarded the first rent plus deposit via Western Union through an "agency" that pretends to be Moneybookers.

On WG-Gesucht.de, for first contact, they use the email address
danise.39@hotmail.com

All the other replies came from
kapla51@live.com

That's his fake ID:

First of all I would like to thank you all for warning me through your information.
I was in contact with Alfred (Alfie) Carsten either... and he sent me the same messages as you received (alfiecarsten@live.com). And I was also interested in the apartment in Berlin (Weimarische Str. 27, II 10715 Berlin Wilmersdorf). The only difference: He was talking about the agency "Home Abroad Ltd". I searched for it and got the information that this company is closed since 2005.

So be aware of him... he's absolutely ruthless!

Hello,

I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment in Kaiser-Ludwig-Platz 1.
The apartment belongs to me and it was used by my daughter while studying in Germany, but now it's available for rent for unlimited period of time .
Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons do you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long .
I don't have a problem with pets (I own a little dog myself) .
The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (old/hot water, electricity, wireless Internet, digital TV, 2 parking spots in garage, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 650 EUR/month. The kaution is also EUR 650,00, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 10 days notice).
You can use my furniture, but you can also use your own. If you decide to use yours, you have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
Now I am going to tell you something about myself so we can get to know each other a little better. My name is Alfred Carsten, and I'm a 59 year old graphic designer from Manchester. I am married and have a daughter who has recently moved in with her fiance in Manchester I am very proud to say that soon I am going to be a grandfather :).
The only problem is that my job doesn't allow me to leave Manchester for even one day! We just got an important contract and I am worried that I might lose my job if something goes wrong in my absence. We just hired some new staff and they are terrible with papers .
But this is not your problem and I have made all arrangements to rent the apartment from Manchester on my expense .

Thank you for your interest and looking forward to a friendly collaboration.

All the best from old Britain!

Hello,
I want to inform you that TNT will hold the money until you will confirm to them that you like the apt and keep the keys. If you don't like it, you only have to return the keys to them after they will refund the money to you and they will deliver the keys back to me on my expense.
I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen. You will only have to deposit to TNT Service for 2 months of rent - 800eur - so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract.
Like I said, I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away. I will explain to you step by step how this will work:
1 - To start this transaction i will need to know your full shipping information, full name, full shipping address to proceed with this deal .
2 - I go to te TNT Office and leave the Keys and the contract in your name as the intended receiver.
3 - TNT will check the envelope to see if everything is OK with it and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys.
4 - TNT will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody, in which you will be told that they have the Keys and that they checked it.
5 - At this point you will have to go to a WesternUnion Agent Location and make a money transfer deposit on the TNT agent name assigned with this transaction for the amount we agreed, the total amount you shall deposit is for 2 months of rent.
6 - After you make the deposit you will have to send the infos about the money deposit to TNT (Reference Number, sender's name and address)
7 - TNT will verify the payment informations and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you .
8 - After you receive the package, You will go and check the apt and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apt or not, if everything is in order you will instruct TNT to release the funds to me.
If you don't like the apt they will send your money back and you will send them the keys and the contract to them to return the package back to me on my expense..
I will pay TNT Service for the shipping and you will pay WesternUnion for the Money Transfer fees.
Now i must know for sure if you agree because here are a lot of peoples interested to have this apartment rented and i want to know for sure what i must tell them. If you agree what i suggested i will tell them that my apartment is already rented and i will keep it for you. If you agree then i must have all the shipping details so i will be able to make all the arrangements for the TNT delivery.
Thanks,
Sabina Turez

Another rental scammer:
t.urez@hotmail.com

Hello,
First of all I'm sorry for the late reply but I had a lot to work and this is the time I could give you a message. From the site add, you could see, that the apartment located in: Elbchaussee 97, 22763 Hamburg, Ottensen. It is located on the 3rd floor, the number of the apartment is #7C. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room .
I am looking for someone to live in it, as soon as possible, because my company has won the auction for a project, in construction, for a building that will rise up in United Kingdom, Liverpool. I am a civil engineer, so my accommodation period in United Kingdom will be about 4 years. The renting period is from 2 months upto 4 years. As a result of this I want to rent, for this period, at this price and also to find the perfect person for my apartment. I`m the owner of the apt and it's like in the pics.
The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent for 1 month is 400 Euro, but you must to deposit 800euro/2months (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution.

Thank you for your interest and I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Good luck,
Sabina Turez
P.S. Please tell me if this is what are you looking for and reply my only if you are truly interested in the aptartment.

Hi,

use to this typ of Scam from England, I saw his advertisment on immonet.de regarding a flat in Hamburg, Germany. I wrote a quick Email to find out, if the price was a typo or if it was for "real". Not thinking, that this typ of Scam works in Germany as well.. I got this reply, which I did file directlz under Scam and it brought me to this website!

Thank you for your reply but the matter is that I'm in Liverpool already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for 2 months of rent will be 760eur, with no extra taxes to pay.
The solution is provided by a company called TNT which is similar to FedEx, DHL or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys.
I have found a procedure that will allow you to pay for the rent of the apt only after you will receive the keys of it and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apt or not before I receive my payment. Please click on the link bellow to the TNT website to see how we can complete the deal safely and fast directly from the website of the
company where the procedure is explained: http://www.tnt.com/express/en_gb/site/home/services.html
Let me know if you are interested please because I really need to take care of this matter.

The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it.

I have found a procedure that will allow you to pay for the rent of the apt only after you will receive the keys of it and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apt or not before I receive my payment. Antwort auf Anfrage bei immowelt, Frankfurt:

Hello,

I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment in Gutzkowstraße 69.
The apartment belongs to me and it was used by my daughter during her internship in Germany, but now it's available for rent for unlimited period of time .
Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons do you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.
I don't have a problem with pets (I own a little dog myself) .
The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 2 parking spots in garage, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 650 EUR/month.
My name is Daniel Edwards, and I'm 58 years old. I work as a graphic designer in Liverpool but I am planning to retire in the next 2 years. I have a lovely wife, and a 25 year old daughter. I am very proud to say that soon I'm going to be a grandfather :).
The only problem is that my job doesn't allow me to leave Liverpool even for one single day. We just got an important contract and I am worried that I might get in trouble if something goes wrong in my absence.
We also hired some new staff and they are terrible with papers ..
But this is not your problem and I have made all arrangements to rent the apartment from Liverpool on my expense .

Thank you for your interest and looking forward to a successfull collaboration.

All the best from old Britain!

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. After analyzing all the applications together with my wife we decided that you would be suitable to rent the apartment.
As I said, the total price which you'll have to pay for one month of rent (warm miete) will be €650, no additional costs.
While my daughter was staying there, I made arrangements for all of the bills to be redirected to my business address and paid from my account directly. For your convenience, we will do the same from now on.
I would like to receive the monthly rent directly to my British bank account.
In order to view the flat and settle a deal, you will need the keys, and the contract .
Since I am unable to come to Germany personally, I've hired a major real estate agency from Liverpool, specialized in international rentals, to represent me.
They are called Abroad Renting Ltd, and their website is: www.Abroad-Renting.uk.gp .
This agency will handle the delivery of the keys, the inspection of the flat and also the payment .
Here's how it works :
1 - To start this transaction, I need your full name, address, and telephone number. I will also need to know the rental period so I can put it in the contract.
2 - I will go to the Abroad Renting office to drop off the keys and documents of the house, along with the contract
3 - Abroad Renting will check the documents to make sure I am the actual owner of the flat, then, they will send you an invoice (rechnung).
4 - At this point you'll have to pay the kaution (650 EURO) as a security deposit to Abroad Renting, according to the instructions from the invoice.
This will be a guarantee that they don't send an agent all the way to Germany for a joke. The deposit will be just a formality, and it will not commit you to renting the flat.
The money will stay in the custody of Abroad Renting until you have checked the flat and confirmed that everything is ok.
5 - After you pay the deposit, and send them the details, Abroad Renting will send an agent to Germany in the next 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to meet you and help you inspect the flat.
You can decide which date and time will fit your schedule best for the inspection.
7 - If you will be satisfied with the flat, you will sign a copy of the contract and pay the first month of rent to the agent. (the following rents will be paid directly to my account)
However, if you are not pleased with the apartment for any reason, the Abroad Renting agent will give you the money back on the spot, and I will get my keys and documents back.
I will pay for the services of the agency, so there will be no extra costs for you.
Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and you cannot move out immediately, we can make the deal as I explained it now, and consider it only an inspection and reservation. You will move in when you are ready and pay the first rent then.
If you want to begin, please give me the details which I requested above, so I can make the arrangements.
I have also attached a copy of my passport to this email, as a sign of good faith.
I am waiting for your quick response, because there are several others interested in the apartment, and I need to know if I can count on a deal with you.

Friendly greetings,

Transaction Details:
- Invoice ID: B3390455G82
- Insured Value Amount: € 650.00
Payment Details
1. Locate the nearest Western Union Office here
2. Transfer the € 650.00 deposit, in cash, to our agent listed below:

Hello,

I was at the Rent Abroad agency, yesterday evening.
I gave them a set of keys, the signed rental contract, and a copy after the title of ownership.
They said they will email you with details about the transaction and the payment.
If you don't see the email, you should look in the bulk/spam/junk folder for it, because that's where i got their messages.
I am pretty confident, that you will like the flat and choose to take it (more than 60.000 euro worth of decorations, furniture and appliances alone), but if something is not right, you still have the option to reject the flat.
The Rent Abroad agent which will help you with the inspection will pay the kaution back immediately.
So, as soon as you arrange the deposit, the agent will meet you and we will complete this deal.

I am looking forward to news from you.

Have a nice day!

Hello,

I changed emails with someone who called him/herself JOANA JULVENT (apparently from Liverpool) about a flat in Stuttgart, Germany (85m² for 350 Euro) I thought with this being handled via TNT it can't be that dangerous but I still couldn't believe the price so I googled and found several blogs about it. But I haven't found anything about the name Joana Julvent yet, so I'm posting this to prevent others from believing this...

************************************************
Email 1:

Hello,
First of all I'm sorry for the late reply but I had a lot to work and this is the time I could give you a message. From the site add, you could see, that the apartment located in: Payerstrasse 5, 70184 Stuttgart, Ost. It is located on the 3rd floor, the number of the apartment is #7C. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room .
The rent for 1 month is 350 Euro, but you must to deposit 700euro/2months (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution.

Thank you for your interest and I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Good luck,
Joana Julvent
P.S. Please tell me if this is what are you looking for and reply my only if you are truly interested in the aptartment.

Email 2:

Hello,
Thank you for your reply but the matter is that I'm in Liverpool already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for 2 months of rent will be 700eur, with no extra taxes to pay.
Thanks
Joana Julvent

Apartment:
Nobelring 22
Frankfurt/Main

I visited Nobelring 22 before sending that bastards the money (550€) and the offered apartment was free and to rent. So they need to get information here in Germany.

Money was sent to Liverpool and as Western Union told me there taken, so they or at least one of them, Samuel Thomson has to be in GB and have an valid or faked passport, otherwise he would not get the money.

What I do not understand is, why nobody can do something against them.
Is it possible, that they got support from (one of the Agents of) Western Union? In the last 2 hours I found at least 50 cases the last months and WU earns every time money. I had to hand out my passport for sending the money, recieving it do I only need a bubblegum picture or what?
Perhaps it would be interesting, where the money is getting taken and how often and ask this agent a few interesting questions, wether he likes to keep his balls or tell the names of his comrades

Hello,

I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment in Am Sandtorkai 56 20457 Hamburg, HafenCity .The apartment belongs to me and it was used by my daughter while studying in Germany, but now it's available for rent for unlimited period of time .Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons do you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long . I don't have a problem with pets (I own a little dog myself) . Now I am going to tell you something about the apartment and myself so we can get to know each other a little better .The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (old/hot water, electricity, wireless Internet, digital TV, 2 parking spots in garage, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 450 EUR/month. The kaution is also EUR 450,00, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 10 days notice). The rent for 1 month is 450 Euro, but you must to deposit 900euro/2months. You can use my furniture, but you can also use your own. If you decide to use yours, you have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.About myself, my name is Rosa Marstile , and I'm a 59 year old graphic designer from Manchester. I am married and have a daughter who has recently moved in with her fiance in Manchester. The only problem is that my job doesn't allow me to leave Manchester for even one day! We just got an important contract and I am afraid that I might lose my job if something goes wrong in my absence . We just hired some new staff and they are terrible with papers .But this is not your problem and I have made all arrangements to rent the apartment from Manchester on my expense . Thank you for your interest and looking forward to a friendly collaboration.

I want to inform you that MoneyBookers will hold the money until you will confirm to them that you like the apt and keep the keys. If you don't like it, you only have to return the keys to them after they will refund the money to you and they will deliver the keys back to me on my expense.
I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen. You will only have to deposit to MoneyBookers Service the first month of rent - 800 EURO - so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract.
Like I said, I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away. I will explain to you step by step how this will work:
1 - To start this transaction i will need to know your full shipping information, full name, full shipping address to proceed with this deal .
2 - I go to the MoneyBookers Office and leave the Keys and the contract in your name as the intended receiver.
3 - MoneyBookers will check the envelope to see if everything is OK with it and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys.
4 - MoneyBookers will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody, in which you will be told that they have the Keys and that they checked it.
5 - At this point you will have to go to a WesternUnion Agent Location and make a money transfer deposit on the MoneyBookers agent name assigned with this transaction for the amount we agreed, the total amount you shall deposit is for the first month of rent.
6 - After you make the deposit you will have to send the infos about the money deposit to MoneyBookers (MTCN #, sender's name and address)
7 - MoneyBookers will verify the payment informations and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you .
8 - After you receive the package, You will go and check the apt and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apt or not, if everything is in order you will instruct MoneyBookers to release the funds to me.
If you don't like the apt they will send your money back and you will send them the keys and the contract to them to return the package back to me on my expense.
I will pay MoneyBookers Service for the shipping and you will pay WesternUnion for the Money Transfer fees.
Now i must know for sure if you agree because here are a lot of peoples interested to have this apartment rented and i want to know for sure what i must tell them. If you agree what i suggested i will tell them that my apartment is already rented and i will keep it for you. If you agree then i must have all the shipping details so i will be able to make all the arrangements for the MoneyBookers delivery.
Thank you for your interest and wait news from you.

Thank you for your interest in having my place for rent; it has 2 Bedroom and 2 bath and fully equipped kitchen and it's situated on: Domgasse 5, 1010 Wien.
I have moved to London, United Kingdom, about 4 months ago, with my husband, when I accepted my new job. I decided to keep the place because I wanted to have a comfortable and familiar place to stay when I will get back so I decided not sell it, I will just rent while I'm London. It may take up to 5 years. I will solicit for your absolute maintenance of the place and want you to treat it as your own.
The money are not the main problem I am looking for a responsible person that can take care of property. The place is available and it has not been rented before. You can rent it for the period of time suitable for you of course. You can start with a basic 3 months and we can renew the agreement any time you want.
I'm being selective so please send a description of what you do and why I should rent the place and anything else that might give you the upper hand. The Tenancy Agreement form will be forwarded to you, which would guarantee your entry to the place on the day of your arrival.
The rent for 1 month is 700 EUR including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, 2 parking spots, air conditioning). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. I have ready all the necessary rental documents. The only problem is that I'm the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a way to solve this situation. I will really appreciate a response if you decide to rent the place.
Above all things, this is a great place and opportunity for someone. Hope to hear back from you soon!
I've attached the pictures of the apartment...I hope you like it. You'll receive the flat fully furnished like into the pictures.

Best Regards
Martina

Now, a little bit about myself: My name is Peter Grant and I'm a 58 years old graphic designer from Oxford, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
I have a lovely wife, Christine and a 25 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon I'm going to be a grandfather :).
Another member of our family is an 6 year old Labrador which we all love, so, I won't mind if you will keep pets.
The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me to leave Oxford even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I'm in charge of their training.
But this won't affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Oxford (on my expense of course).

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

All the best from Britain!

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.
After analyzing all the applications together with my wife we decided that you would be suitable to rent the apartment.
As I said, the total price which you'll have to pay for one month of rent (warm miete) will be €550, no additional costs.
The rent will be paid monthly, directly to my British bank account.
In order to view the flat and settle a deal, you will need the keys, and the contract .
Since I am unable to come to Germany personally, and my daughter is already back here, I've hired a major real estate agency from Oxford, specialized in international rentals, to represent me.
They are called EZ Rentals Europe Ltd, and their website is: www.EZrentals.24.EU
This agency will handle the delivery of the keys, the inspection of the flat and also the payment .
Here's how it works :
1 - To start this transaction, I need your full name, address and telephone number. I will also need to know the rental period so I can put it in the contract.
2 - I will go to the EZ Rentals office to drop off the keys and documents of the house, along with the contract
3 - EZ Rentals will check the documents to make sure I am the actual owner of the flat, then, they will send you an invoice (rechnung).
4 - At this point you'll have to pay the kaution (550 EURO) as a security deposit to EZ Rentals, according to the instructions from the invoice.
This will be a guarantee that they don't send an agent all the way to Germany for a joke. The deposit will be just a formality, and it will not commit you to renting the flat.
The money will remain in the custody of EZ Rentals until you have checked the flat and confirmed that everything is ok.
5 - After you pay the deposit, and send them the details, EZ Rentals will send an agent to Germany in the next 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday) to meet you and help you inspect the flat. .
You can also decide which date and time will fit your schedule best for the inspection.
7 - If you will be satisfied with the flat, you will sign a copy of the contract and pay the first month of rent to the agent. (the following rents will be paid directly to my account)
However, if you are not pleased with the apartment for any reason, the EZ Rentals agent will give you the money back on the spot, and I will get my keys and documents back.
I have attached a copy of my passport to this email as a sign of good faith.
I am waiting for your quick response, because there are several others interested in the apartment, and I need to know if I can count on a deal with you.

Best greetings!

Another time.
Hi, today I almost payed to an inexistent person. This time, it was in France. This advertisement (I give you many pages where you can find it):

http://location-appartement-meuble.viva ... e/37094815?
http://housing.justlanded.com/fr/France ... 0-Toulouse
http://immo.trovit.fr/index.php/cod.fra ... rg.1/pop.1
http://toulouse.olx.fr/appartement-t3-p ... -204499138

Here are her data:
Sender Information:
First name: Mireille
Last name : Connor
Address : 87 David Lee Point
City : London
PostalCode: E15-3LF
Country : United Kingdom
Email: mireille_connor@live.fr

Always using the same protocol: advertising a nice appartment, telling the story of living in London, explaining the way for giving keys and location contract using MoneyBookers, and finally asking to do a money sending by Western Union.

More information about MoneyBookers: I made a call to know what exactly they do and if they could tell me if it was a fraud or not. They told me: MONNEYBOOKERS DON'T MAKE SENDINGS OF KEYS OR LOCATION CONTRACTS and when I mentioned WesternUnion they told MONEYBOOKERS DOESN'T WORK WITH WESTERNUNION.

I hope it can help you,

Auch ich habe auf eine Wohnungsanzeige (aus der Schweiz) heute eine ähnlich lautende E-Mail erhalten.

from: peter.schmid76@ovi.com
Hi there Valerie,
Thank you for your prompt response and for your kind email. If you are still interested I agree to rent it to you. I promise you that you will love the place. You seem to be a nice person and I can assure you we will not have any problems.
Obviously you will have to see the apartment before discussing further details because you cannot rent an apartment that you haven't seen. I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see if it suits your needs. The delivery for the keys (apartment keys, interphone, alarm) and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made through an authorized courier and using a Moneybookers Escrow Account to make sure that we can trust each other.
Using Moneybookers escrow account involves three parties: me as owner, you as a potential tenant and Moneybookers as a responsible third party authorized to proper conduct of the transaction. Click on the link to see how it works : https://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=escrow&l=EN

Here is the procedure explained :

The Escrow Account Moneybookers works the same way as the escrow account on which you place the deposit when you rent an apartment, except that instead of a bank, we use Moneybookers. Of course, nobody can touch that money until you have not returned the keys.
The escrow deposit, the first month's rent + rental guarantee (1250 + 625 = 1875CHF), must be filed by bank transfer to activate the escrow account. The 1250CHF will be the first month of rent ( this means that when you will move in you will have the first month already paid), and 625CHF is the rental guarantee (this will remain in my custody until we finalize the rental contract and you move out, then I will give it back to you).
The delivery will be by a licensed company such as DHL, Federal Express or UPS and it will be sent by Moneybookers at your home.
To initiate the process, I need the following information about you:
-Full Name & Shipping Address (address where you want the package to be delivered) and name of recipient;
-Delivery Schedule (local time you'll be at home to receive the package and sign the receipt);
-Phone number;
Then Monkeybookers sends you the keys and the contract already filled with your details; You will have 14 days to inspect apartment since the arrival date; If you want to keep the apartment, they give me the money, and we go on from there; If you do not keep the apartment, you send the keys/contract back to Moneybookers and you get your money back.
This will be in writing in the moneybookers contract I will sign.
The MoneyBookers fees will be paid by me when I will initiate the procedure, you will have to pay for the money transfer fees when you pay the deposit.
If you agree to move forward I can send you a copy of my ID's for reassurance, and a copy of the rental contract in blank (in German/English).
About the rent:
I would like to receive the money monthly into my bank account and I hope there will be no problem for you to wire the money to it.
The utilities are included in this price. The utility bills will be redirected to me in England.
If something will broke down now, you are responsible with the repairment. The cost of repair will be deducted from your rent.
I'll wait your quick reply and if you agree, I will need your full name, shipping address and your phone number (mobile if possible) so I can initiate the moneybookers rental transaction.
Thanks again for your time and I am look forward to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,
Peter
PS: If you agree please send me also a copy of your ID, and if you have a copy of your last payslip.

Was haltet Ihr davon? Hört sich doch fast genau an wie der ganze andere Mist...
